Marlborough Tractor Services is a Croplands Service Agent but can service any make of sprayer. Our parts department carries a vast array of parts to cater for the needs of most sprayers.

Sprayer Servicing
We will undertake an annual service on your machine to ensure it gives you a trouble free season. 

Part of the annual service includes the stripping down of the pump to check bearings valves, springs and diaphragms.

Fans are also checked for bearing wear and these are replaced if necessary. Marlborough Tractor services have a registered orchard calibrator on the staff to accurately calibrate your sprayer.

We encourage our clients to register on our data base so we can programme in an annual service for their sprayers. Sprayer attachments
Marlborough Tractor Services offers a custom design and engineering facility to help clients adapt machinery to fit their specific requirements.

Marlborough Tractor Services manufactures spray frames and booms.

Frames are welded on a jig and galvanised. Adjustable booms can be made to deal with rows ranging from 1.8m to 3m.

Booms can be made to fold hydraulically and can be designed to tuck in behind the sprayer out of the way for travelling on the road. Marlborough Tractor Services has commissioned several multi row sprayers to fit the multi function grape harvesters employed by some contractors and wineries.

Marlborough Tractor Services make up and fit their own control boxes, which can be manual or use solenoids.  The boxes come with the option of two or three switches.
